Hi! We are Samantha and Ercan. We have been married for 25 years and have two children. We started our property business to free up our time to do the things we love most. As landlords we are passionate about supporting professionals with their housing needs and building community. We operate our business in a friendly and professional manner and strive to provide our tenants with a great shared-living  experience.

Samantha's background is in Human Resources. Having worked with a number of blue-chip organisations her career has taken her to interesting countries in Europe and the Middle East. A keen runner and swimmer, Samantha can be found competing in multiple sporting events each year!

Ercan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession. He has had the privilege of living and working in many interesting countries in Africa, Middle East and Europe! Ercan enjoys walking, playing tennis and spending time with family!
