It is the best alternative to living at home and commuting for hours! In shared-living a group of like minded people live together and share common areas but have their own private bedrooms and in most cases their own en-suite bathrooms.

WHAT IS THE RENT?
Our rental charges are monthly and all inclusive! There are no hidden charges. Rent includes, accommodation, utilities, council tax and free high speed wifi.
WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED?
Included in the rental fee is a weekly cleaner for communal areas, regular gardener and a professional maintenance team. We promote cycling and have provided a cycle shed. Regular gas and fire tests are carried out for safety compliance
